Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all BIRD EYE garment tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
